SUPPORT ALERT - FLASH EOL

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS USING VISUALIZATION/TOPOLOGY

Prior to Cruz Operations Center(CruzOC) version 10,  the visualization of CruzOC relied on browser support for Flash. Adobe has discontinued Flash and support ends on Dec, 31 2020. Browsers will also no longer support Flash. CruzOC v10 eliminates the Flash dependency and is currently available. If you are unable to upgrade right away, you may continue to use the flash based topology by using an older browser and specific Flash versions. Learn more.

You may request your CruzOC v10 upgrade by submitting a support ticket and selecting 'Request an Upgrade'. Click here.


ATTENTION DELL CUSTOMERS

AS OF FEB 1, 2020, OMNM WAS REBRANDED TO CRUZ OPERATIONS CENTER (CRUZOC).

All resources v6.5+ are still valid (regardless if they are branded Dell OpenManage Network Manager, Dell OpenManage NM, or OMNM). Please bear with us during this transition as we recreate materials with CruzOC branding. CRUZOC=OMNM.
